Darwin 2013

Some landmark experiences included: 

– Undertook a cultural awareness program at the Korin Gamadji Institute at the Richmond Football Club (AFL). 

– Toured Darwin following invitation from Northern Territory Cricket. 

– Visited local primary school and undertook skills activities. 

– Participated in coaching drills for children from the Nightcliff Cricket Club. 

– Played matches against NT representative teams and an all-boys team visiting from Sydney. 

– Participated in coaching drills for children from the Nightcliff Cricket Club. 

– Visited a local indigenous school at Litchfield Park and organised and participated in activities with local indigenous children. 

Prior to undertaking the above tour CWOB also organised and hosted a camp in Leongatha in regional Victoria and played a match against a local girls invitational team.
